Install and activate your eSIM on iPhone

Install just hours before your trip and activate during your flight or when you arrive at your destination.

Select “Install with QR Code” if you have the code on another device to scan.

Select “Install Manually” if you are unable to scan the QR code.

Select the type of installation you wish to perform

Before you begin installation with a QR code, there are a few important points to be aware of:

  • A strong internet connection
  • Ideally using a Wifi network or a good 4G connection
  • An eSIM compatible device

Accessing the Settings

Start by unlocking your Apple device and navigating to the home screen. Locate the "Settings" app, which is represented by a gear icon, and tap on it to open.

Within the Settings menu, scroll down and look for the "Cellular" option. Tap on it to access the cellular settings.

In the Cellular settings, you will find the "Add Cellular Plan" option. Tap on it to proceed.

At this point, you will be prompted to scan the QR code provided to you upon purchase of our eSIM plan. Position your device's camera over the QR code and wait for it to be recognized.

Once the QR code is successfully scanned, a confirmation message will appear on your screen. Review the details of the eSIM plan and tap on "Confirm" to proceed with the activation.

Completing the Setup

After confirming the activation, your device will automatically connect to the eSIM network. Wait for a few moments while the setup is completed.

Before you begin manual installation, there are a few important points to be aware of:

  • Manual installation codes can only be used once.
  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection throughout the process.
  • Do not remove the eSIM from your device as you will not be able to use it again.

Start by unlocking your Apple device and navigating to the home screen. Locate the "Settings" app, which is represented by a gear icon, and tap on it to open.

Next, go to “Mobile Data ”, click on “Add eSIM” or “Add Data Plan” and select “Use QR Code”.

Once you get to “Scan QR Code”, select “Enter Details Manually” and follow the steps displayed on your iPhone.

Your iPhone will show you your new data plan.

Press“Continue”and wait for your plan to be installed (this can take a few minutes).

Scroll down until you find “Data Roaming” and turn it on.

How do you know your eSIM is active?

You can check in two ways:

Make sure there is at least one bar in the signal icon on your iPhone.

02.

Go to "Settings" on your iPhone, select "Mobile Data", click on the "eSimpli" option and check that "Data Roaming" is turned on.
